NOTICE is hereby given that the immovable property
hereinafter described will be put up for Sale and
Adjudication by the Sheriff, or his Offi cer, at the Court
House or at the Registrar’s Offi ce in the City of Castries,
on the day of Sale hereinafter stated for each property
between the hours of ten and eleven o’clock in the
forenoon by the Court House clock.
The purchase money shall be payable as follows:
1. The Offi cer conducting the Sale shall require from the
Bidder a deposit or a certifi ed banker’s cheque in the
sum of $8,390.04 equal to one tenth of the debt (in
principal, interest and cost) due to the seizing party.
2. The Purchaser shall pay the Sheriff the Purchase price
less the deposit within six months of the date of Sale
with interest thereon at the rate of six percent per
annum. In default of such payment the deposit paid
by the Purchaser shall be forfeited and shall be applied
towards the Judgment Debt.
The subject property is located at Grande Ravine, quarter of Dennery.
The lot has a moderate slope and is rectangular in shape and consist of a single storey building measuring approximately 1, 200 sq. ft. in size.
The property is within reasonable proximity to Institutions of Worship, Learning Institutions, Petrol Stations, Shopping Facilities, the Dennery Fire and Police Stations, and Recreational Facilities.
