The building appears to be structurally sound. The exterior of the home has general wear and tear of the
elements, in need of painting and repairs around the fascia. The roof appears to be in good condition however
would need to be inspected by a professional with a ladder. The home appears to have been flooded, most
likely by Hurricane Joaquin in 2015 as many of the homes in this area were flooded and some completely
destroyed. There is damage to all of the interior walls, mold and mildew, holes, etc. The front door of the
home is missing and the interior doors are all damaged or rotted.
The windows are not operational, due to corrosion or water damage and they cannot be opened. All fixtures
and clips are corroded shut. The bathrooms have obvious evidence of mold/mildew on the tiles, toilet and the
fixtures also have evidence of corrosion. There is no guarantee that they are still operational (fixtures).
