Auction Award

Financial Capability & 6-Month Settlement Period

Accruing Interest: The remaining balance will bear interest at a rate of 6% per annum until full settlement.

Strict Default Consequences
Time is of the essence. If the winning bidder fails to pay the final balance within the six-month window, the entire deposit of $94,958.15 XCD shall be automatically forfeited and applied directly toward the Judgment Debt.
